club license (€45)
the club license is designed for one fixed whisky club or tasting group that wants to print tasting sheets for regular club nights.
what’s included
license fee: €45 per product, per club (one-time).
use: unlimited printing for internal club tastings.
branding: placement of one club logo on the sheet.
adjustments: minor sizing and positioning of the logo (canva).
what’s not included
redesigning the sheet, changing fonts/colours/layout, creating multiple branded versions, adding multiple logos, or white-label use.
for anything beyond logo placement, request professional licensing.
logo requirements (canva-friendly)
- preferred: png with transparent background
- also ok: high-quality jpeg
- recommended size: at least 1500 px wide
- avoid: screenshots, low-resolution web images, blurry files
i place the logo as provided. i cannot recreate, redesign, vectorise, or improve low-resolution logos.
professional / commercial licensing
for bars, ticketed tastings, corporate events, event organisers, or any use connected to a business or paid entry. pricing is on request because it depends on how the printables are used.

is the pdf editable?
the files are standard pdfs. they are made to print cleanly, not to be edited like a template. logo placement is done by me in canva for club licensing.
can i add my logo myself?
for consistency and print quality, logo placement is included with the club license and handled by me in canva. if you need a fully editable template, that is professional licensing and priced separately.
we sell tickets. can we use personal or club licensing?
ticketed tastings are professional/commercial use, even if it is a small event. please request professional licensing.
can multiple clubs share one license?
no. club licensing covers one fixed club. if multiple clubs or organisations need it, each needs its own license.
