RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of physical products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. This includes digital products, including but not limited to e-books, digital downloads, and software.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hallo@thefoodiefinds.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been damaged or used beyond normal wear and tear. Additionally, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned items, which will be deducted from your refund.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the damaged item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Please do not send me a return without first contacting me as it will not be accepted.
